39 is a US8.5. I am a strong US8 and always order 38.5 and usually ok. I ordered a 39 as well. People should under up a half size to be a true fit.

And then you said dont believe what they say about sizing it wouldve been great if you wouldve said what size you wear in American sizes and what size sandal you ordered.
