I I had bought it almost 2 years back. After buying the ACjust after few days I had a problem with the outer unit.issue with that what's resolve almost two months later,me and my family had to sleep without the AC for almost 2.5 months. Customer backup is really really horrible. I would never recommend anybody about this AC. The unit inside the room makes lot of noise and it will be very difficult to sleep at night. Air conditioner works good while cooling but the main issue is regarding the speed of the air condition it doesn't functions well with auto mode. What I mean to say is it doesn't give power cut, it keeps on running continuously and will definitely increase of electricity bill will be more. The the filters off the AC is giving on the top of the unit and it is difficult to clean. And I am not a tall happy with the AC. The flaps direction you need to change it manually it is not automatic. So overall if u see it is a 3rd grade AC.

To day service guy serviced my hitachi inverter ac, he said gas pressure is high 160. so it requires to release half gas and then topup new gas to get 125 pressure and to make it work properly . but failed to provide the proper reason behind it. he can simply release some gas to reduce the pressure- did he scam me ? please help me to understand the logic behind it.
