Sir i have Hitachi 2018 model non inwarter 2 ton ac and maine ye ac isi mahine new kharidi hai and ye ac kabhi kabhi start hote time right side se halki aawaz karti hai isse koi dikkat toh nahin and hitachi ki aisi kaisi hoti hai unki life kaisi hoti hai kya ye jaldi kharaab toh nahin hoti and humein ac ki life badhaane ke liye kya kya karna chahiye or kya kya nahin karna chahiye

Maine year 2018 me Hitachi ka kashikoi 5400 X 5 star inverter 1.5 ton split AC purchase kiya. Power consumption save karne ke liye itna costly AC kharida. Ye pahle saal to sahi chala but dusre saal se more power consume kar raha hai. Main AC ko 28 degree c par chalata hu. Pahle saal me iski power consumption thi 28 deg c par shuru ka 1st hour 2 unit aur baad ke hours me 1 unit per hour. Ab ye dusre saal se 28 deg c par per hour 2 se 1.5 unit consume kar raha hai mostly 2 unit per hour. Mera inner and outer completely clean hai koi dust nahi hai. Kya reason hai kyon ye more power /more unit consume kar raha hai. Sahi jankari de jisse complaint karne par Hitachi ka technician mujhe bewkoof na bana sake.

Maine naya hitachi ac liya ha 1.5 ton 5 star inverter ac. Maine aaj tak 25 degree se neeche nahi kiya but ye fir bhi har ghante ka 1 unit utha rha ha. Maine same 20 ghante chala k bhi dekha aur 15 ghante bhi but same unit hi consume ho rhe ha. Fans main nahi chalata kabhi aur sab prerequisite followed ha but is hisaab se toh ye 1 mahine mein 600-700 unit uthaega. Kaise bacahye electricity jab 5 stars hi itna consume kr rha ha. Pls help!!!!

Doesn't work as promised. Has not worked for 8 years on my ac. Service guy says that with the amount of dirt in drier areas in India, it would never work and thd company knows it very well but uses it to misguide customers. I normally clean the filter myself every 10 - 12 days. Unit has been working great for the last 8 years except for thus false promise.

This Company should be completely closed.Worst decisions i made of buying Hitachi Ac. It stopped working in March under warranty. I have made numerous complaints& have even visited there so called service center in Vaishali Ghaziabad.For past 4 months there owner Mr. Aman have sent service guys for more than 15 times (every time i have to sanitize my home completely) still my Ac is not working.Complaint no.20070704986200529072982007130149120041600517& Many moreCharged 10k for pipe, saying it's leaking but actual issue is with there Ac itself.These idiots don't have any spares & don't know how to repair an Ac.Have even escalated these complaints to there top of the department National Service Co-ordinator. Still issue not resolved. Will surely file a complaint in Consumer Court.

Hitachi have worlds worst service. Never buy any product from company. Year ago bought ac from this dumb company and got worst experience. First of all they don't have proper website, they don't have working email. I never got response. Even number given in front of Manuel is wrong. Never buy any product from this sh*t company. Don't Buy or Go with Hitachi systems, Worthless customer care and They never response to you. better go for the best company.I have ordered a Two no of AC on 29th April 2019, As per our website notice it suppose to delivery on or before 5-7 days, but now its become more than 16 days there are no updates to me, since I am trying to call customer care number ( 079 -71-129-191) past 10 days the number was busy in status. Order ID: #HHLI-35790 (Placed On: 2019-04-29 08:40:44) as per priority the first order suppose to ship but instead of that second order showing as shipped on 3rd May but its still not reached the delivery address (Chennai) so I have made a call to concern courier service he is saying that already delivered to Mumbai itself its not related to Chennai delivery, It made me scared that just for namesake the shipment details were updated.Do one thing give me an immediate refund with 20 days of interest on held fund or else deliver in a couple of days.
I bought a New HITACHI Split Inverter 1.5 Ton AC (Model-RSNS417HCEA) a few days ago which could not run even only 3 days and I requested for service, 4 times different-different technician visited and they could not fix the problems the first technician told there is a problem with PCB, after 4 days 2nd technician came and told display problem, again after 5 days 3rd technician came and told connection problems, again 4rth technician came and told controller problems and still I am waiting for fix the problem. All the technicians came were totally blind about Hitachi Product (AC) and doesn't know anything about Hitachi AC they only making a guess that might be this problem...which is intolerable. Hitachi service center is an extremely worst service center in India as per my experience.My Call Number: 19050410021
