BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR WAS PURCHASED FROM LOWES THE LAST WEEK OF JANUARY THIS YEAR, NOW THE FRIDGE HAS ROTTEN FOOD INSIDE BECAUSE NO ONE HAS COME TO FIX IT! NOW WE ARE EXPECTED TO REPLACE ALL THE FOOD THAT WAS LOST! THE FRIDGE STINKS & WE HAVE NO FOOD! WE HAVE AN 18 MONTH BABY, ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBER THAT TAKES CARE OF HIS DISABLED MOTHER-IN-LAW. THE SERVICE MEMBER WORKS A SECOND JOB TO PROVIDE AS A FOOD DELIVERY DRIVER, BUT CANNOT EVEN KEEP THE BABY’S MILK COLD! ON AUGUST 5, THERE WAS A CALL PLACED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ABOUT THE FRIDGE TO TRY TO GET SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT SINCE ITS STILL UNDER WARRANTY & WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT IN 24-48HOURS! NO ONE CAME OUT! NO ONE WILL COME OUT TOMORROW EITHER! CUSTOMER SERVICE SHENISE SAID THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL BACK TODAY BY 8PMET, SHE LIED BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE CLOSED AT 6PMET!!
