Hi bro , Am planning to buy Hisense 55inch from Reliance digital, & RD confirmed that after sales / service support will be provided...I am really half minded to buy 'Hisense TV for 39K' IS IT REALLY worth or will get frequent issues/ problems, Because i just checked there are only 7 employees working Hisense india pvt ltd ,Noida IHDP Park... Friends can any one share your feedback, If you are already user of 'Hisense TV'..

A friend have this same TV and he can't turn on Game Mode, under Picture Mode. It doesn't even have that option, like Dynamic or Sports for example, doesn't show up at list of options.
I have problems with the picture mood.. why there is vivid And in my ps4 the sxrean alwys too bright.. please inform me with the best picture settings for gaming
Please Don't buy hisense because they don't have technicians support in india. i am facing my tv panel issue since sept,22 ,2020. Even i done complaint in consumer forum and pg portal but they were not replying on it so finally you have to face the same which i'm facing right now

U r wrong i have full hd tv and its better than hisense 4k tv u play side by side compare with full hd tv.
Faltu tv screen bleeding ,screen blink in Netflix play our planet , extraction,hang problem, restart problem, screen ic cloudy, i purchased last weak from flipkart and i return whitin one day.

You all are being fooled by the strategic department of the foul play hisense company in India.I brought hisense 55'inch tv on 8th August 2020. I am facing light bleeding problem in this TV from top left corner to bottom.their is a gap between panel and bezel.the light is coming the gap. I contacted hisense to replace tv or fix this problem but unfortunately they have 550 dummy fake service centers in India .service centers do not exist in india. They will contact to the same technicians who work for flipkart i.e. jeeves. And one technician honestly told me they don't have authority to touch the panel or display, even can't fix the problem. This company name is not familiar to them.P. S. : hisense have call centers only you can say customer care services. They don't have any office, any room, any flat or any buliding. No address exists in India. You guys will break your tv after listening my problem that no one is boss, no one is supervisor, no manger, no one service head and no director of this company. Hisense is run by a call center guys. They will communicate to you and transfer your issue to jeeves and jeeves can't fix your tv problem so all of you hisense ke kaate hue customers. Please call to your hisense company just onces and ask them about their services center for your future product safety.5 DIN NHI CHALA KAISE CHINA WALE CHALAYEGE 5 SAAL KI GURANTEE.
