Bought the 12’ version. Used with a B&D hedge trimmer and that killed the surge protector outlets. The protected light is still on and green. Also the wall hanger screw slots are one way and hang this upside down. The slots should be two way.

Thank you. I’m 68 and going crazy researching current surge protectors. I’ve been a diehard Belkin user because of Bestbuy. Was surprised that Belkin didn’t back up their products. Another review I’d like to see are routers. I’m in Cali with XFINITY. Constant outage and no severe weather. I surmise the monopoly king doesn’t put back upgrade in outdoor lines and screw us with multi customer line use. Does an adapter cure this? Does anything help. My modem has been changed out 3 times and the modem lite always runs red/ white. Anyway would appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you stay safe.
