I don't recommend anyone to take probiotics , this might cause SIBO ,and brain fog ... etc , plus u don't have to take any , its better to eat fermented vegetables not pickle, or if u can bring raw milk and let it clabber to make sure it's safe , clabbereing and let it naturally ferment will get rid of any bad bacteria if it already has plus multiplying the number of good bacteria, plus it have all the strains and the balance between them , if u start ,start slowly because this type of milk is potent antibiotic only for bad bacteria, too much can make herxheimer reaction from getting rid of many bad bacteria at once

I just started on my probiotic journey over the past week. I’m constantly in the bathroom now where at first I could barely go. I put fiber in my morning juice and eat grapes with breakfast. Lunch is a loaded salad with some type of hot meat and onion. I take another probiotic yogurt during snack then eat whatever for diner slowly. I actually bloated more but I feel like I’m healing. Tonight I’ll do steak and asparagus

It cleaned up my kidneys in the symptoms disappeared one by one. The one thing that never returned to the previous state is my appetite. But I drink mushroom tea now everyday and because of that I have tons of energy despite the fact I only eat dinner

Hi Vivek, I like all ur videos and I'm big fan of yours. I want to ask you query regarding vegetables and fruits that we eat. As these foods are considered as Satvik but the way they are produced make them very dangarous now a days. It is well known that all vegetables needs high amt of pesticides,farmers use it 10x what is allowed to avoid losses and there is no control from govt to monitor it. In such cases it is very risks to eat fruits and veggies. Organic vegetables are either costly or not available. Also it is very difficult to find genuine organic produce here in Mumbai. Request you to share your thoughts on this and prepare some videos to guide us.
