Thanks bugged me using me sisters scale. I forgot it recorded body fat, fat percentage, and water weight. Then it irked me that my age wasn’t updated 4 years later.

Just want to say thank you. Somehow my scales got set to kg. So for over a year I have been converting kg to lbs. mine are different but holding the select button down changed it to lbs. thanks again for your video.
I'm trying this when I get home! I have a Body Analyzer scale from Vanity Planet and have been going crazy trying to figure out how to reset it. The little one I was babysitting for played with the buttons on mine and has it all kinds of crazy. LOL!

It has seemed to be accurate to me. But this morning it seemed to be 10 lbs then what I was yesterday. And I tried it two other times after that it each time it was a different weight. Why would it be doing that?

I got this scale and I absolutely hate it. It gives a different weight every time I step on it within seconds of the last check. I need an accurate and precise scale because I'm on diuretics due to health issues so I need to know exactly how much water I've retained daily. This was a terrible purchase for me personally. My Health o Meter is suddenly displaying weight in kg and I cannot figure out how to get it back to lbs. Any advice on this?
I have found these digital scales to be incredibly inaccurate. In one day I was 193,188, 179, 165 my actual weight is 158. I took that scale to the Goodwill and got one of those old school scales. Even the digital one at my gym is way off. It has people 20 pounds over their weight.
