Okay I just read my bottle's ingredients per the guys above and my bottle only has 1% forskohlin..this sucks bcus Dr. Oz says you need at least 10% extract I would have to take these pills all way

Dont know if this helps much but I found this studie on googlescholar. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1038/oby.2005.162/pdf  This studie only specifies that they used forskolin 250mg *2 daily on obese men, but I must say you always have to consult your doctor if that would be appropiate for you. And remember, nothing beats a well balanced diet and exercise.

@fkn16v He certainly has a tendency towards hyperbole, as we have stated in many vids on things he's discussed one needs to consider the evidence and context rather than the hype.
If Dr Oz endorses it, its bound to fail. Ive tried 5 of his recommended supplements and nothing has worked as suggested. Investigate and dont buy in bulk. Its what they want you to do.
With any prescription vasodilator (Atenolol, Lisinipril, etc), the recommendation is to ween yourself off it a little at a time if you are going to stop using the product - is this true with this Forskolin?  How long is the recommended time to take this product?
