This app took a really long time to record the sound(5 min) but it's a great app.I had bought an apacs Z Ziggler racket and it came pre strung with Yonex BG 65 string and it has max tension at 38 lbs although the tension of pre strung strings was only 16 lbs and I had to hit it very hard to make a I restring the racket with Bg 65 what tension should I use for great feel and high hitting sound? (I can manage to hit the shuttle pretty far and control is not that important )and also Great Video man KEEP UP THE HARD WORK It would really mean the world to me If u could helpI saw that you had replied to many comments. that app is bull shit xd. I got my racket just restrung at 23lb then measured it and it displayed 18.5lb lmao
It only works if the mic on the phone is working in conjunction with the app, and the app is shit. Far easier to just buy a manual string tension tester for about £16, its not super exact accurate, but its close enough
I had ridiculous readings with this app. I had a racket strung at 21 lbs and i have played 4 Times with it. The app says my racket is at 15 lbs. Since the first time i have played with my strings, not much has changed with their feeling and sound so i suspect That the app is bullshit.
