I purchased havells turbo 25 litre. Connecting multifunctional saftey valve, cold water do not pass into geyser but if we connect direct water pass into geyser. So can we use geyser without that valve. Please help my problem. At this time I am using geyser without using multifunctional saftey valve

On 15 march I complained that defected geyser delivered to me in nov. 18. 2 times it stopped heating and engineer repaired it. Today after 3 weeks it again stopped should me do for permanent ok, can any body advise me?
Beware of haveli. This is cheater. Last year I ordered puro 10 they delivered another model like the time of service after 6 months , it came to my knowledge.
