Even though the product is worth the amount, they have the worst customer support.. I have been trying to contact them since weeks,till now there's no response to my emails and while calling them they have no update..I'm simply regretting my decision to buy this product.
Does it chop as well?
Bought a new piece from Amazon. The PRESET is not working. Was so excited to use it and I bought quite a few raw materials to grind and enjoy. Totally disappointed and upset.

I simply love this JMG. Totally worth the great price. Thanks to Hamilton beach I don’t have to stand and keep my hand on the jar to avoid spillage. I can simply use the preset mode and set up the plates or do whatever I want, while the mixie automatically grinds the perfect gravy for me. It saves so much on preparation time. I can directly make hot soup without cooking in this JMG, the locking system keeps my kitchen clean and mess free, It is safe and easy, even for my child can use it. Can you pls let me know if it is difficult to clean the jar especially after preparing dosa/idly batter? I heard that blades cannot be removed. Won't the batter get stuck below the blades in the jar?

What is time taken in preset for dosa batter
The turmeric was anyway pounded into tiny pieces in a mortar & pestle. These sizes of turmeric are anyway able to be ground in regular, inexpensive Indian mixers too. The mixer's real power & capability would have been believable had you ground entire long turmeric pieces.

This video didn't help one bit...she didn't even open the jar properly nor did she show us any settings. Chef Kunal Kapoor's video is a lot better and helpful. What is with grinding haldi? If Kunal Kapoor has shown haldi grinding in his video then why again? Instead she could have shown the juicer usage or soup making process/ directions.
