Koi bhi protein supplyments ho koi bhi brand ho wo insulin spike kre ga 100% but jyada nahi krta ye pakka hai.
I really like all your videos and am almost binge watching them for a week lol. But i have a doubt in the topic covered in this video. If whey spikes insulin then obviously the blood glucose level will fall post consumption of whey since insulin is what regulates blood sugar/gluocse. Hence we may get better(reduced) blood glucose levels and even hba1c(after prolonged use) but it may come at the expense of high insulin levels in blood, prolonging which, may lead to insulin resistance aka type 2 Diabetes. Its Just a thought that came across my mind and would like to know your thoughts on this.
