Great review as always. It's always a shame when after paying a small fortune for something,you then have to go and buy other things. It seems the higher the price the less you get. It's to be expected of course....it's just a shame.

This is really the best of all action cameras out there, expensive though but when you get the results price doesn't matter.
Make sure your using latest update firmware and turn protune on minimum iso 100, max iso 800. Set the sharpness to medium and set raw audio to high in stereo audio and those are best settings ive using gopro Hero7 black since launch also shoot in linear is great over fisheye in supported resolutions. Timelapse works great in 4k.

Hey Alex! Any idea how to waterproof the GoPro while charging it with an external power bank? I tend to go on long rides and use the dash-cam feature or just extended recording in general, always concerned to leave the charging door off during rain or dusty conditions.

I would like if you had shown us how hyper lapsed is done? Just bought the 7 black and in need of much education on this camera. Loved the comparison between 6-7 awesome video! I really did scratch my head on getting 6 but the ultra smooth & easy menu sold me since this being y first gopro. I do wonder about usage in lowlight conditions since I've noticed GoPro never shows that in promo's? Do you ever use this in say a roomafter dark with overhead lighting and if so how does it perform? Since GoPro never shows it under those conditions. I'm sold on this camera even if it's for daytime outing events just wondering since camera is in route. Again Thx!

Wow, Free!? I thought I was lucky last week when the rep gave me $100.00 discount for my GP7 and a free Jaws grip. Picture quality is awesome and so is the audio compared to the older GP 5 & 6, but don’t pay full price. LOL
