I recently bought one of these Amps, so far I love it. Makes my Epiphone Modern LP sound great. Shipping was fast, I had it 4 days after ordering it so apparently they have their supply chain smoothed out.
Personally, I just don't hear any good amp sounds out of it. Like lots of modeling they all sound different but none of them are a really great sound. I would rather just have one great amp sound, the way a martial or an ac30 really is a great sound and you don't need a lot more. Yes it has a lot of bells and whistles and cool features for the money, but the main thing I want is a great tone.
Is there a preamp option built in, to ensure a clean signal from a guitar or bass, before any other effects are applied?

Got mine on sale and was delivered in less than a week. This is a fun little amp and can't stop messing with it. Kinda like band in a box meets small amp. Sounds great as Bluetooth speaker.
What speaker were you using here?

Here's a question? Seen a bid on someone changing the speakers on the spark but sadly no comparison in sound as he does not have the set up for it, would you change the speakers if so why and what ones? Know you like changing stuff and kidding so I thought I'd drop the idea and see what your views are on this
Im suprised the "mesa" amp is used that much here to great effect. I thought it was the most lackluster one when trying out the spark .

I bought my Spark and loved it for four months. Then it started making a very loud hum upon turning the amp on. It's completely unplayable. Searching around I have found there are some serious grounding issues with the amp. Positive Grid promised they would send me a new grounded transformatore. I have yet to receive it. I waited two months for the am, I played it four and am waiting another two hoping to play it. Clearly I'm not happy and I can't reccomend it anymore!
