My glen stove 4burners with auto ignition is giving poor performance.1 burner does not work at all. The other two big burners are giving black smoke all my vessels are covered with this smoke however I clean it has not improved I have been using this for past 3years. The burners are not sitting properly on the groove there is gap in between .so my strong advice is that never buy glen our money is a waste 😭😭😭

I had bought 3 burner stainless steel GLEN gas stove by Feb 2016.. now having problems with burner and ignition switch.. even after two weeks since raising complaint..no one turned up. our earlier sunflame stove was faultless for 10+ years.. bad quality and poor service by Glen.

I would request the end users of Glen Cooktop Stove users that the Glen Stoves are not upto the mark. I am using the Glen Stainless Steel Burner Hobtop (Automatic Ignition), at the time of cooking, the Glass of the Stove has been burst after getting heated. The quality of the Glass of Glen Stove is very poor. There is no guarantee of Glass Cooktop. At the time of purchase of Glass Cooktop, the merchant informed the warranty of the cooktop but at the time of bursing of glass of Cooktop the merchant is denying for the glass of the Cooktop guarantee. I would suggest to the end users that kindly do not purchase such type of substandard Glass Cooktop Stove of Glen Company. Thanks
