Honestly speaking Givson guitars are really not good. The acoustic guitar is made from plyboard and electric guitar is made from pine wood which is really not good. Then they never position the frets properly and it's not good for intonation. However it's personal choice of people to buy Givson guitars.

I have both local Indian Gibson and Yamaha f310 believe me there's lot of difference .if you are a beginner and want to learn guitar passionately invest more and buy branded Yamaha guitars (why Yamaha or cort because they are more durable than brands like Hertz beacuse these Indian brands are OEM parts are manufactured and just assembled in China ).other wise you'll be disappointed while learning after 6 7 months .beacuse cheap guitars sound dull and hard to tone is really moody and muddy with time it sounds like out of tunebelieve me Yamaha is

The yamaha you're using is the legit original of the copy but the givson is actually a copy of the gibson and usually is made with low quality woods and parts which hence cost very cheap and sound awful. I would recommend people to buy the hertz or kadence beginners series which is a original and legal indian brand guitars. Just 2k or 3k difference in budget to buy hertz over givson
