What type of training wheels are those and are they designed to work with a 20inch kids bike? And do both of the training wheels touch the ground when the bike is in riding position? I purchased some training wheels but they were designed to help the child ride on two wheels and they did not touch the ground when riding to help stabilize the bike. Thanks for any information you provide.

My kid is 7 and can’t ride a bike yet. We’ve tried but she’s never seemed ready. I so badly want her to experience riding a bike by herself.
I struggle keeping up speed with the child. And when the child and bike get too fast for me to keep up, I let them go (assuming the child can balance since they are so fast) and they fall. How do we teach without parent needing to be a fast runner?
This lesson is amazing. My 4 years old daughter learned to ride in about 30 minutes. It was kind of a struggle before this. I'm really grateful to you for sharing this wonderful video. Recommend this to all parents who struggle with this :)

I took my boys to learn to ride on grass,the falls werent as painful!They are both good cyclists now...
We followed the instructions and my 6 year old was up and riding by 40minutes. He is so proud of himself and so are we. Thank you so much, we originally were holding onto the handle bars. So happy!

Can the handlebars on the Raleigh Rowdy be easy changed to something more upright? There is one for sale locally in mint shape for a very cheap price but the riding position isn't as upright as I would like for my 4 year old. The attraction is the front/rear handbrake and no coaster brake which is my preference. Any thoughts on how easy it would be to get a bit more of an upright riding position?

Apparently there has been a worldwide shortage of bikes over the pandemic. Went to get a first bike for a just-turned 4-yr-old, 44" tall, about 18.75" inseam. Only bike available was 16" Liv Adore. Thoughts? She tried it out and I felt it was too small because her knees were so close to the handlebars while riding and the seat was already in the highest position possible. Sales associate claimed it looked appropriate, but I wasn't convinced. He also said these bikes won't last long since kids are growing so fast. True, so is it wise to buy a bike that's already on the highest setting with absolutely no room to grow? 20" Liv Adore was a bit too big. Any thoughts?

Nice shill vid, but the bike is heavy and wobly. A quality aluminum frame and pneumatic tires properly inflated will be way better for the groms.
