O primeiro whey que comprei na vida foi um tal de bodybuilders, duvido que tinha mais que 20% de materia prima do leite (se tiver), era um cheiro e gosto de soja, péssimo e meia hora batendo pra misturar. Depois criei vergonha na cara e passei pra probiótica (ótimo) e hoje dark whey ou nitro hard da integralmedica, esse sim, quem tiver condições pode comprar. Melhor whey que conheço. Não adianta tentar economizar no preço se não da pra confiar nas informações do rótulo
