Hi Joseph Mencel, Big Fan of MassiveJoes and Youtube workout vids. Very new to these supplements and proteins products with no clue regarding consuming. Currently just relying in on my diets and rest - nothing more. Love going to gym and works out 4 days a week. I find myself fatiguing during workout and find it hard to recover. Been noticing this performance for the last two months, thinking i just need more sleep. Need advise and assistance and maybe Massive joes can assist. **During work out i concentrate on power to gain stronger muscle.**
gotta luv that amino spiking, chuck in some cheap aminos taurine, glycine to boost the overall nitrogen/protein content, so the production cost is down, but the protein is not as it seems

not a good protein . im still a fan of myofusion hydro that was thick tasted amazing in every flavour , this is thin and chocolate tastes like nesquick wich y do not like and that soybean oil , they were just greedy and removed the TRUE myofusion cause these past ones (probiotic and elite) are crap BRING THE OLD ONE BACK :(. im going to other proteins , even mts tastes better imo even that shit optimum tastes better when it shouldn't .

Glucose polymer is just a less sweet short chain of glucose and the amount of carbs in this is low. The creamer helps make the powder more creamy and rich for consistency purposes. Yes they will use the Kjeldahl method to claim the free form amino acids as protein. I am not a fan of such a practice and we have made a couple vids in the past about this and had to take one down to avoid an issue w/ a vendor. We are happy to be announcing that we recently acquired a line and will be reformulating the products. No proprietary blends etc.. full disclosure on the labels for everything so you will know exactly what you are getting down to the exact amount. Hope this helps.
What are your thoughts on the addition of Glycine and Taurine to protein powders? I have heard that companies do this to increase the amount of grams of protein they are allowed to claim (due to nitrogen testing) without using whey or other more expensive forms of protein.

Congratulations on your progress so far. As for supplements, what you need is dependent upon your diet and goals. For most people w/ your goals it is good to have a good protein powder, multivitamin, and creatine monohydrate. Secondary supplements to consider include beta alanine, a pre-workout w/ stims that may already include the aforementioned beta alanine, and probiotic.
