I am from Kuala Lumpur and friend of anton krotov..looking to buy the solar version but I have the difficulty to choose between 6 and 6x..6x too bigger or heavier or 6 which is a bit smaller compared to 6x..i am afraid that I made wrong decision please tell me 6 pro solar or 6x pro solar

Solar doesn't help very much.. its not like a solar g shock or citizen that just runs on light. I got a tactix delta instead of the new solar ones

I'd love to get this watch too but for the moment the difference with the non-solar version is over $400, while a solar portable battery costs as little as $50. So the solar charging looks more like a feature for "collectors" than a practicality.

There are reports in the Garmin forum that the 6 measures the wrong distance during the run. So on a staked route, the fenix probably does not show a distance of 1 km for some, but 50 meters less in each case. This falsifies the pace. Sure, a stryd can make up for that, but can you confirm this discrepancy? Allegedly, the fenix is ​​said to have recorded the distance too short even after the run.
