Delay in Lund because of crowded tracks. ( 11:31).Too many trains. Every train has a time window of 3 minutes due to the security system.

I like the old interiors better. The wood is an excellent touch, reminds me of a late 2000s classroom or lecture hall, which is a strangely comfy aesthetic.

our tracks dont support faster trains than the x2000, and the x2000 gonna be refurbished inside all of them gonna be updated for a more modern look.
Trains without lounge and dinning cars are just a bus on rails and of no interest to me. Yes, I am a old, 71 and crabby.
Swedish rolling stock is wider than the Central European loading gauge. The greater width allows sleeping cars in which tall people can sleep with straight legs and feet, which is not the case on the continent. before the pandemic rite?
Great video! Love the trains in Sweden! I remember seeing the X2000 on Amtrak in the US when they were testing it & had it in service for a brief time.
I recall that Amtrak arranged an X2000 appearance at the Steamtown National Historic Site, a rail/train museum, in Scranton Pennsylvania during the 90s. Given its tilting functionality, it was billed as a potential equipment choice for a long proposed yet never realized rail service from New York City to Scranton, 120 miles northwest, which in part involves many curves through the Pocono Mountains. This same route achieved (fictional) nazi rocket train service from New York City to the Poconos, in the Amazon Prime series, “The Man in the High Castle” - but the tracks met an explosive demise in the last episode. :-)

By only operating one but the potentially most profitable Line it possible to be profitable, even more so if the Public Service provides the Grid delivering the Guests to that private Line. If they had to operate a Grid, they surely were not profitable.

Milano centrale is one of the most beautiful stations in the world. I travelled from Milano centrale to Interlaken ost in May 2019 on a frecciarrossa( there is a short change of train in between though-freciarrossa stops at Spiez and then the BLS takes over from there to Interlaken ost) It was the best train journey of my life. The towns, lakes ,mountains along the way are so beautiful.
Nice train, but showing films on the screens is a bit pointless now everyone has a phone or tablet that they can watch films on it they want with headphones. Better WiFi would be a better investment. I agree that being on the phone is annoying and should be kept brief.

When I was booking a trip from Milan to Rome I debated between Trenitalia and NTV. After looking at your nicely produced video I am glad I chose Trenitalia because NTV looks like second rate operation through and through. The dynamic streamlined exterior only heightens the disappointment when you step aboard this cramped train with passengers packed in like sardines and leg room resembling a bus or airline coach class. Those vending machines are the ultimate insult and a real turn off. I require a cafe so I can relax with a glass of of good Italian wine and chat with other passengers while watching the passing scenery roll by - which is the reason I travel by train in the first place! Nothing about NTV/AGV looks inviting or suggests a comfortable trip so thanks again for warning me.
After watching this I will look for an alternative service, no cafe Stupid comments such as its a good thing to have overpriced food so they can make a profit!
