Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just do a google search. On there you will find a great suggestions about how exactly you can lost a ton of fat. Why don't you give it a shot? perhaps it's going to work for you too.
It's still astonish me just how some people have no clue about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google) although lots of people lost crazy amounts of weight using it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about this. I've lost a lot of fat.

Can you do a vid on meal replacement beverages or mixes (so-called nutritional shakes)? There are so many brands. Some are $$$. My objection is the list of chemicals, often artificial sweeteners, and unhealthy components. Please note that there're certain medical situations where these products are used, and are not merely for convenience on the go. Otherwise the whole category might be a poor idea.

I tried that metamucil, the exact one you bought. I did half a teaspoon a day in a 16.9 bottle of water. I did it every day for a week at the advice of my doctor for lowering my cholesterol since I refuse statins. Yeah I gained 3 lbs that week. Couldn't figure it out. Until I watched this video.
