It usually means that it hasn't been tested with a SD card larger than 128GB. This does not mean that you are unable to use a larger SD card, neither does it mean you can lol (its to cover there ass)

Questions you might/ might not know. When SD memory card fills, is the device up to date technology to start auto overwriting oldest files? Also, Does this have a built in WebServer (Important) like older Foscam cameras?

I'm not so sure about criminals not knowing about the NVR. If they see a camera they may try to find an NVR. 2 solutions: Either offer up a dummy NVR that's obvious to see, or use a mix of cloud cams and NVR cams. The cloud cams store video remotely and cannot be stolen.

I bought the Foscam R4S with the understanding that RTSP support is provided, and I saw you demonstrate it from BlueIris. When I try to connect via RTSP to this device, it always gives connection refused. I'm able to get to the config tool for the camera over the internet no problem. The config tool makes it look like RTSP is NOT supported. I've tried all combinations of rtsp url's to no avail. Any clues?
I noticed your wyze cam has disconnect issues. Have you also found that they’re absolute crap? I tried the defang hacks & open ipc to no avail.

You should mention that Foscam is a Chinese based company operating in China. The official Foscam app requires you to register and agree to a service agreement. This means the company will have access to any network or setup data you save through the app. People can weigh those risks themselves, but I choose to avoid it. There are alternatives however. There are browser plugins that allow you to configure the cameras in a desktop web browser without having to register anywhere. And there are also 3rd party apps that allow live viewing and even PTZ in some cases, even without using RTSP.
So close really should have been POE I know you can get an 'hacked' poe adapter but that adds at least 15ish bucks per camera for no good reason. 10 cameras adds an additional $150 bucks! :( :(
