Any of these cams that goes out over the net through Foscam and or your wireless cell phone providerThey,  NOT YOU have ALL the rights to said video !  And can sell it & use it in anyway they see fit !  And they can monitor your cam without you even knowing it !  Most all the major brands of TVs with WiFi or internet hookups have a cam watching YOU, while you watch TV !  And that camera is on 24/7 even when your TV is turned off.  They say it's just for marketing purposes & they just want to tailor the commercials to your household !  LG and Samsung even have commercials telling you this.  It's all in the fine print of their contracts.Sometimes just by plugging in and power up your Foscam or other Widget > YOU HAVE NOW AGREED TO THEIR TERMS OF your fine print & filter your cams !  Keep your private sh_t PRIVATE    OR Welcome to George Orwell's 1984 on steroids !
Do you have the Foscam Cloud service? if so, do you need to have a Turned on computer all of the time? I want to buy this camera (FI9900P) and the cloud service from Foscam and i do not want to have a computer turned on always. Please advise comments. THANK YOU

I see it can adjust up or down. how about turning clockwise or counter clockwise?
