Its nothing but a piece of garbage. I have had two and the Fitbit company will not send me another one due to the warranty is for the first one that I purchased and the second one that had to send to me is not jacked up and they will not replace it. They need to do better

I have a problem with my Fitbit Versa lite bought last November,2019 from Walmart but stoped working a month ago. It cant sinc with the face just showing the Fitbit Icon.
What you need to know: its fun but not long lasting. After 9 months of use my Versa Lites screen went black. Found a vid on how to reboot using the one button it has. And then the next day the watch face fell out. Screen black and hasnt turned back on. All I get is a grey screen. Warranty was still good but Fitbit said its not covered due to normal wear. It was a great watch but it has too many issues.

Thanks for the review. I've been reading and watching a lot since I've decided to get a healthy style watch. Why am I doing that because of COVID and I'm in the at risk category. I especially like the size of the screen, these old eyes can't see those tiny screens of most of the trackers. I've read that the Versa Lite is easy to read even in daylight which is a big thing for me. I'm glad you had that blue color watch, because it looks a bit funky on Amazon, but it's the only color sold by Amazon all other colors are third party sellers. Thanks again
I love fitbit but I dont know why this one looks cheap to me. Almost like a toy. And I dont like the fact you can see the frame of the screen within it. Maybe if it was wide screen or curved edges, it would look sleeker.
Mine just stopped working kept syncing to phone kept refreshing to no avail enjoyed it till then..

I watched you video a few days ago . Then brought the watch. It was a nightmare to put the program on . Then I did the updated program . I put watch faces on and 2 watch faces I desided I did not like . I don't know how to delete them so I pressed reset button and the watch is now fucked . I cant up load any thing the programs wont work i look on the internet and it seam fitbit has a problem i am very angry about it . Could you put up a video to see how to fix that . I have Just about every thing and ot does not seem to work I will take it back to shop soon. Its driving me around the bend

I have also had issues with the charge family of fitbits with the screen. I have not had a single charge last a year, I am on my fourth Fitbit charge. Guess I am done with Fitbit when this charge breaks.

I haven't had good luck with the versa lite. The orginal purchased watch screen went completely black. Fitbit sent me a replacement. Two months later, the battery completely stopped working. Now I'm faced with replacement or upgrade. I'm thinking versa 2 but I'm not sure .
I think you can pick a clock face that displays all your stats without having to swipe to see them individually
Does it have an alarm setting? I have a cheap, functional, hassle free fitness band which has an alarm setting that wakes me up with a very fine and smooth vibration. I was looking to upgrade but amongst all the other stuff the alarm would be an important feature.
Could it fit on a 10 year old because my dad is about to buy it for me

Great review!Mine recognized I was swimming when I was doing laundry. And you can down load a different clock face that has all your info displayed so you dont have to tap the screen to toggle through.I love the charging cable.
Hello, thanks for the review after you've had it a while. Can you share the exact silicon cover name that you have protecting the screen? I have the "tempered" glass over mine and that glass is broken. Also, do/did you experience any concerns with the band? I have the Versa Lite and the band that comes with it, the keeper clasp isn't working well. I want to replace the band but it seems most replacement bands have issues.Lastly, I used to be a runner, so I have the Garmin watch that gives me more than this does and I don't carry a phone. Sorry that your running experience is limited (one set of running tights) due to your phone and this smartwatch.Thanks
