What I need is a comprehensive set of instructions for my Inspire. Sometimes it shows the time, sometimes something that looks like the time but isn't. The interface highly non-intuitive and inconsistent. Sometimes I'll be able to flip through eight different screens (steps, calories, minutes of _something_...), sometimes only a few totally different screens. Sometimes pushing the side button does nothing, sometimes it appears to reset _something_. I was never able to get it synced with my Windows 10 PC, despite a long online chat session with customer support. (My spouse has an iPhone, so we ended up syncing it with that.)

why does it say you burnt 1500 cal ? isn't that too much for 19 min of walking? even if it was cal and not kcal, 1500 cal = 1,5 kcal (which is way too low) so either way i'm confused

How about when you're in a moving vehicle? Does it know if you're moving from point A to point B via walking vs riding transpo?

I have just purchased this item and have set it up. Unfortunately the band/strap is too difficult for me to close. It has little round holes and a stud. I have ordered a new band with slits in it in the hope that I can actually use it!

I have this discount store which sells this fitbit knock off. I am considering to purchase it because of the purpose of being fitness tracker. Considering its functional, I would only use this watch if I need to do my fitness and activity tracking.
does anyone know what kind of watch that can notify of a certain heart rate of your choice. kind of like notifies you. I'm looking for a "watch" like that but not like a regular looking watch. Kinda like the inspire hr size. I have an apple watch but the notification is only on 150 HR n has to be 10min of not using the apple watch. For me by then I would be dead. I need a watch that can notify me when I have a certain speed HR.
