Am having this cycle and very dissatisfied with the bike. 1. Both tyres dont run in same line so it feels dragging 2. Rear bearing is gone in 20 days and no support from shop and Firefox. U r just in limbo, shop person is not ready to solve, its like we got our money now its yr headache to take ur bike there. 3. In few days itself gear problem will start. 4. Firefox customer support is poor, no resolution, its just u call we call u back and yr problem remains same. Firefox customer support says take yr bike to vendor nd vendor say contact customer support, its just we who suffer at the end. Conclusion: Pay more and go for better brand with good customer support, don’t waste yr hard earned money as u will be trapped. Nor u njoy yr riding nor u can sell. As we buy this gear cycles we really need a good customer support to understand the problem a customers is facing. Its like once u pay to this brand and yr problem starts. Buy any bike only if that vendor is ready to fix the bike problem else u will be in trouble as yr money is gone.
