I am almost 56. I have been using the pressed Neutrogena Sheer Mineral powder foundation in the color Buff, and sometimes a little darker shade during the summer. It's so natural, and so much better than any liquid makeup I have tried. I have combo skin with a bunch of oil throughout the day right down my T-zone. I live in the disgusting humidity of Florida and wore it just last weekend at work (funeral home). It out performed my Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation (4) and my Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue Foundation stick (Vanilla). My face looked fresh when I got home. I was thrilled! Seems like liquid and creams do not like my skin, at all. Makes me look older, and breaks down and slides, wears off in patches, etc. Not the Neutrogena Sheer Mineral foundation. Just my two cents for anyone wondering if it will look good on older skin. ☺️ *I have never tried their loose mineral makeup BTW: What mineral powder makeup would you recommend for oily skin, or T-zone type skin? Is there one that controls oil for you? I am curious. Thanks for sharing! ️

Thanks for your input. I’m a newbie for makeup and know I realize the makeup I have bought have all been wrong for my face. I’m only. When I went to Walgreens I went with what the makeup consultant choose because she was more experienced than me. I ended up buying liquid foundations that left so much residue because of my oily skin and I just haven’t found the perfect fit for me. What foundations, type and formula, could you recommend me?

I have never liked Neutrogena. I have not tried that, and prob won't. You looked great as always. Are you going to do a powder foundation high end series? Reason I ask. My skin is also oily, I can't stand it. I tried the It Bye-bye foundation, it's beautiful and beautiful, but by the end of the day, I'm a grease ball! I would like for you to review that and see how it does with you. Maybe I just don't prep my skin correctly, or maybe I load too much of that shit on my face. IDK. Lol. I love makeup and I'm always trying different things! Makeup is my passion and your wonderful at it! I love watching your channel!

I like how it looks on you. I am not crazy about powders anymore because i feel like they make my skin feel dry and they accentuate my little blond peach fuzz. And no way am I shaving haha. Maybe one day i'll find the perfect one. Nice video. Hope you are having a wonderful day xxx

I haven't used a powder foundation in ages! I honestly didn't even know neutrogena made foundation! I've never seen it in stores! So glad to hear this one was a hit! I'm gonna have to keep a better eye out for it. Thanks for sharing Frances! Hugs xox

This gave you such a very light but natural coverage for a powder foundation. And it was quick and very easy to apply. It’s hot and humid here too. Lightweight is a good idea for summer. I have noticed this has been my go to foundation for a few months now. It does not make me break out, or seem too oily at the end of the day. I just have a problem with my skin being so dry it seems to look a little too "powdery". Any recommendations for a decent priced moisturizer? My skin is dry during every season. I bought the powder foundation about a month ago. And i absolutely LOVE it. In my opinion its the most natural looking foundation i have used.

Anne-Marie I enjoyed your video. I am exploring the idea of using a mineral powder foundation. Looks great on you. I will need to purchase a fluffy flat tip brush like you have and a setting spray. So, it is quite an investment. I did find a product not Neutrogena but it has 20 SPF. and is water resistant for 80 minutes. I was also told it deepens in colour after it is applied so I should go for a shade lighter. Did you find the colour a little darker after it was applied?
its looks good on ur skin anything Neutrogena is too strong for my skin I guess cause they make most of their products for people with acne and I dont have that only once a month lol
I will have to try the mineral sheers, also it's good advice not to put the foundation around the wrinkles under my eyes. Foundation just seems to accentuate them even more.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share it looks beautiful on you! I actually have this foundation and tossed it aside over the last few months maybe I will bring it out again! I have been enjoying a sample set of Annmarie Gianni Earth Minerals foundation, which has only 4 ingredients and you mix the mineral powder with oil for application. You can also apply the powder dry, but mixing it with the oil is so soothing, healthy throughout the day for my skin, and it all just sinks / melts into the skin. I have been quite hypnotized by her foundation that now I am afraid to try anything else! But, maybe this weekend it might be "safe" to bring out this Neutrogena one again and use it when I go out & about just getting groceries & running errands. Thank you again! :)
