I'm on my second tread mill, my Nordic track 5700 just died, Tried to get support,. was unable to talk to anyone except a sale person to sell me another one. Just bought another tread mill from a different company. Nordic Track just lost my business and $2500.00.

No prices. No information on repairablity. No information on service. What's the point? I I've burned through two treadmills, and had to throw them out because an inexpensive part could not be replaced. Hey, throw out a fifteen hundred dollar treadmill, because they don't make a sixty dollar part. The second problem was, the treadmill needed constant maintance, from a technition. Oh joy, the nearest person is two thousand miles away. Basically all these tread mill are good for hanging clothing, but don't actually use them. Screw treadmills. Buy equipment in which the company only make one, or two models. I have a rowing machine which forty years old, and I can still buy parts for it. They havn't made that model in twenty years, but they still make part. Best of all, I can do all the work myself.
