If the stem doesn’t say the recommend torque for the 2 bolts in the back but only shows the torque for the 4 bolts in the front, is the torque showed for the 4 front bolts also the same for the back 2 bolts

was getting more and more stressed out, couldn't work out what i was doing wrong watched a rake of videos getting more and more annoyed, front wheel twirling around, cat meowing at me incredulous, almost broke the thing inside the head tube, stripped the alan key to bits had to find a replacement... did everything perfectly, still rattling rattling rattling, cat still meowing at me, about to lose the rag completely... front wheel was still loose from when i repaired a puncture from earlier. that's what was rattling.
