Hii

Mine is very similar but minus the rubber gator. its a very basic design but also very cheap ( cost wise) the build quality is fine , for me @ 88kilos i put 1 turn of preload and its fine. Dont expect full suspension or hard tail ride, be realistic in your expectations but they are fine and make a HUGE difference when trail riding, or graveling on a rigid MTB.
This video is not about worth... no review worth or not
It's just an unboxing video. Title seems like you test it and report on it good or bad. Misleading title.
These seat post are rubbish they don't slide smoothly and dont provide any dampening
I would like to know what’s the purpose of the dial that you’re twisting? Is it for the lock out of the suspension?
I have a HeyBike Mars electric bike, and the folding seat is mounted on a post as this. I don't know if shortening it will help me or not, but it is complex enough that I don't want to attempt it for myself. Do they even make shorter assemblies with the folding seat on them? My seat folds so that I can remove the battery just behind it. A shorter normal seat post would reduce the height, but would also lose the shock absorption, I guess. Interesting as to how many parts are involved in that setup. Thanks for the video being shared.
thanks for posting this. it saved me a bit of time.
I need to shorten mind about an inch any suggestions.
Finally, the mystery solved. Thanks.
A steam fiter's vice, and a pipe wrench , as a bikecycle tool ? ...That is soooo funny .
tHX ..YOU HELPED ALOT...TOOK IT APART AND FORGOT HOW TO REASSEMBLE...THX
Very nice chef . That plastic sleeve inside i just cant put it back ...should i put some grease or what? Tnx
Seriously WTF? Doofus!!
Mine
My seat kind of disassembled itself and I was having a hard time putting it back together. This video help me fixing it, thanks!
My new suspension seat post turns  slightly to the right and left. The post is tight in the frame. The stem turns. Can I tighten the large knurled nut below the rubber collar? Thanks
so well explained, thank you, I have the enough info
Stella, my favorate
Why push the Bottom Cap out when you can screw it out, the only thing you need is a long allen key!!! You can see by 2 Minutes and 19 sec when the cap came out. The allen key would also fit from the other side. Greetings from Germany
Ye olde dumb question . . . What does the collar screw do? Allow it to compress or not? Just looking for confirmation. My new bike has this on it. Found the manufacture's PDF . . . still did not confirm it. Thanks.
I would love to swap out the stock spring with something more forgiving... a lower compression rate.  I fluctuate between 170-200lbs., the spring in my current post sucks, appears to be in the range of 225-250, barely budges on BIG bumps.  And it's not stuck nor is the vertical frame post at that great of an angle... 10 degrees at most, so side wall friction is not that great.  May have to take it up to ACE or flip through a Grainger catalog...?
Thanks for the vid. So you saying that if you disassemble  it's hard to get it working again? I've got the case of forced in seatpost and cut innershaft, so I was thinking of getting the same model and try to replace it but I cannot screw it back without access to the bottom right? i mean in most models
i would have stuck a stem for a threaded fork into the seat post and tighten it then install a long bar on the stem and have one person hold the bike and two people turn the stem from each side
You should give the Dragon a workout and feed it "The Jabberwocky" by Lewis Carroll! "Twas brillig and the slithy toves..." The results should be hilarious!
you busting my butt again? I am responding with Dragon dictate. We finally got it to work good stuff
Thanks! That was useful.
Great review thank u This one Not for me - your upload helped me to decide Respect
Is it ok to install on bmx bike or let say easy rider bike?
Just buyed, mounted, tried and trhrown in garbage. When the rear of the saddle goes down, the tip of the saddle hits you in the balls. I tried to mount it in the opposite direction and... when the tip goes down you get a kick in the ass. a shock absorber can't help. 20 euros lost! 😡
my brother had one of these brake on him, pretty dangerous. I want to use one for a sled but am nervous. Have you put it through the ringer? Can say it works longer term?
Currently unavailable on Amazon but was selling for between $69 and $100 with LEDs. on the end. Funnily enough, there's an Amazon paperweight advertised with it which seems apt, considering the comments about this device breaking. This spring looks exorbitantly priced for something that could potentially be life threatening if/when it fails. There are $20 versions on eBay if anyone prefers a cheaper risk. I went for the Suntour SPX 12 suspension seat post as YouTube /eBay reviews were favourable and prices varied due to British Heart Foundation releasing a load, either batched or individual, at greatly reduced prices. Noticed for $100 you could definitely purchase a Cane Creek seat post possibly New or New other, second hand on eBay. $100 seems a stiff price for a piece of metal bent in 3 places and 2 LEDs added is all.
Max weight says 330 lbs. I am 245 and TWO of them snapped and broke in just a few months !! Won’t try a 3rd.
This looks scary
I am a 270 lb man with bad tailbone issues. In your opinion would this spring help my lower back as I'm riding my bike.?
It’s a TERRIBLE idea! Way too much movement in the saddle. You want the transfer of power from you hips to lower legs to the pedals to be firm! You actually have LESS control of your bike especially in downhill situations. In a downhill situation you may need to get off the saddle and get your rear end back and this contraption would force the seat up and actually get in the way. Bad idea!
Hey bro what one would you recommend so??
Seats with springs are suited for cruiser type bikes. My default bicycle is a Dutch style commuter bike, and a schwinn stingray. Both are cruiser type bikes. When I rode my friends MTB with a stiff saddle to school my butt was sore, so I definitely prefer seats with springs
Thank you. Saw this on Instagram and I’m glad you saved my cash.
That's a great concept and all, but... because of the way it's got to be set up, as in, the seat's got to be angled like that before you even get on it. Then whenever you pedal, the weight shifts around a bit, so naturally it's gonna bounce. Unlike with the coil spring seat variation. Cheers for showing how it works while you were riding it, helps a lot to see how it really functions 👍😉
2 years of design? China: CTRL +C, CTRL+V
Nice frame,my spare frame is the same only it says Mongoose, they're all Falcon cycle frames usually made in South Korea.
after seeing this, I think I would get a larger padding seat, than a bouncing seat..
I brought something like that for $10 China made and it's so good.
Why would u use a 2 by 4 instead of a tape measure??
supports all terrain more than 100 kilograms
