Thanks for this video, i think my heavy bag was the only like that, seems it's a quality problem by Everlast, would you recommend the Cleto Reyes heavy bag?
This is the only heavy bag I own. It was heaviest heavy bag I could afford to buy last July when I really really wanted to get back into training but didn't have much money to spend. It has worked well for me so far but the bottom half of it is much harder than the top half, I had noticed that but never knew why.

This bag is terrible. I used it for a year and it hurts so bad when you punch it. But now my hands are sledge hammers using this bag but it’s also dangerous. I thought I broke both hands because of how hard it is. I wouldn’t buy this bag as a beginner at all
No offense but I’ve had that same bag for nearly 6yrs and it’s in incredible condition when I punch it every day along with my brother
I found the hardness lower down helped with shin conditioning until eventually it just got ridiculously soft at the top, then I just raised the height so I was punching more in the middle. Never got round to re-filling as the bag eventually split, but that was most likely from sharp elbows combined with wet/dry hot/cold weather over the years with it hanging outside.

for one the bag is hung wrong you should never put metal on metal it will ruin the rings on the bag prematurely

Well done, you look like you’ve been training boxing for a long time. Good hand footwork coordination. Good torso, head movement. Lots of snap to your punches. Good ring work, pivoting of your front foot. Nice. Sustained good rhythm and intensity for the duration of approx 5 minutes. Good pacing mixing high low intensity to sustain full 5 minute round. Excellent workout. Great job. That’s how it’s done boys and girls.

You got good form If you practiced for even a MONTH under a guy like Robert garcia, or Richard Perez, or Freddie roach, you'd improve your skills to a whole new level. You can see you're movement and punches are pretty good, but you need a few adjustments to make you that much better! Great work This makes me wanna hit the bag

you gotta love this dude. that's having some attitude and self confidence advice: turn your wrist to the inside when landing punches otherwise punches won't cause damage, keep up the beast job

The straps to my everlast heavy bag teared up and broke after not even a long time of use i have the same frame and everything wouldnt reccomend the heavy bag

Bro I have this same stand, but my bag keeps falling off when I’m punching it. Does it have something to do with the fact that I put the bag on the stand without the rings it came with? Because it’s too short if I put the rings. I need help

Got one of these, had for 2years. It sags at bottom and looses its thickness at the top. Its overall a pretty cheap bag that does the job.
