What if I had the the everlast double mouth guard how do I boil it
can i fit this mouth guard if i have braces?
I have a single piece Everlast I think its called Evershield double protection single piece but the only problem I have with it is that the top teeth are showing a bit how do I get the mouthguard to cover them up do I sink my teeth more in after its boiled ?

The instructions that came with mine said 20-30 seconds in boiling water. No more than 30.

Got mine the first time i did it, but did it for 30 seconds in boiling water cause his time seemed a little exaggerated
Put it in boiling water for 10 sec then bite it with upper teeth and push up to ur upper teeth and suck all water and air and drop it or wash it with cold water...
