Don't just cheat people with this fake ads and promises pls provide proper support and teach your people how to handle customer support. Pls don't buy their robot vac and they will just come and sell in a day but for service they will not even respond you and just cheated and wasted our money. they will just tell reason like mobile number not registered with this product, another product is registered in this number, product ordered it will come( new machine next day delivery, but parts taking two weeks) their senior is making fun on this. we will ask procedure to change number that also they will not do. if we chat with support also they will just raise a ticket and that's all just waste customer support. after long days of struggle they will tell parts received but not suitable for this device. very very very unprofessional company and with unprofessional sales and service team. They are just money collecting agents. My machine still under service for more that 2 months? purchase that last year February. PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEY WILL COME AND DELIVER IN MINUTES BUT SERIVCE THEY WILL NOT EVEN CONSIDER AND. As I had good faith in this product, all the products in my house were rocking their products. Six months ago I gave away my old vaccum cleaner and bought a new vaccum cleaner from them but after two weeks of use the small wheels at the bottom of the mopinu were missing, when I called their customer care number they said that the product will be delayed and the mop came home and one of their sales executives came and bought it and it has been two months. When I called Chumma, he said that the company has returned the product but the roller has not been installed. I bought the product from Kottayam. I will not buy any more products from them, poor service.
Worst services and keep canceling service visits. incompetent set of people who cannot resolve issue in 8 months time. never buy

Never buy wet and dry from euraka forbes 13000 waste instead by eruka forbes jet dry which i have from past 30 years still working but wet works for 15 mins then switches off again we have to wait and again clean so irritating

Eureka Forbes since mid of July this machine is not working. We had registered complaint too and sent to MR Rajput . We purchased machine from him 5th of august we asked for update and today too we asked the same. He is ignoring us by not reading msg He was after our life since we purchased product Now since a month not reading msg. Is this the way of making money by cheating Or u people are waiting the warranty to be expired. As it's not working since 2 months. I'm sharing screen shot and also have vdo of ur cheap quality machine which is making horrible sound now. As proof. M posting it every where. Want quick solution or money back. As I had kept patience for 2 months can't wait more. Btr u must take this waste product. Of urs Or throw in dustbin and refund my hard earned money. VERY VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. My 9 months old instrument went out of order . After much communication the instrument was picked up for repairs .Its two months now and No one has got back to me about it. In short- very poor aftersales service.
Don't buy this peice of st. Absolute waste of money. Water supply stopped after six month. Called 1000 times eureka and never could fix problem. And noise is too high. Unfortunately once rep came with out having any clue and any spares.
Life of the motor and parts are very very short. Keep money for frequent repair.
Not worth buying this product. , Initially works fine with a loud noise After few months, it starts giving issues as its design and material quality is not good It is not original design of them copied from international brands Washer in bottle knob fails in few months and starts leaking Filter needs replacement within a year., Else performance is affected Coming to service, EF doesn't have enough staff trained on this product as its not their own design. Calls not attended for days to month They take the unit to service center and do not respond for month or so Overall by buying this you are buying a big headache. This is all my personal experience
1-Makes loud noise 2- Asit is one hand operation not suitable for seniors. 3- service is not efficient . During selling lot of promises of fast response etc. But after selling if there is any problem they do not provide service.4- After use the cleaning of equipment takes more time. If after wet mop used & cleaning not done it produces larger noise.& gives bad smell. Over all not satisfied.
I have worked in EF company, I would suggest you to buy mop and vac machines separately
