I bough elica gas stove 5 days back. Now i regret. Burners are not working properly. After calling service centre for more than 3 times, they came and did something. 2 days after repair, same problem. Again called them. Don't know when they will come

Elica = Chinese Product. I purchased Patico ICT DT 773 BLK gas stove after paying 6500 Rs. at Ahmedabad. The bottom stands of this gas stove are made of plastics. Within 6 months the bottom stands broke down. within 7 months of usage the gas stoves started functioning issues. After so many complaints also there is no response. Once a technician visited but immediately after 2 hours of fixing the issues, the problem started again. Worst every customer service by Elica. Think 100 times before buying Elica products. Chinese gas stoves available under 1000 Rs. are with better quality then Elica products. Most of the 5 star reviews posted are because of 1 free service provided by Elica to their customers for posting 5 star reviews. So be careful and don't get trapped. Please refer the SMS they are sending to their customers for posting 5 star reviews in the attached photos. This is a fraud company.
