Elica = Chinese Product. I purchased Patico ICT DT 773 BLK gas stove after paying 6500 Rs. at Ahmedabad. The bottom stands of this gas stove are made of plastics. Within 6 months the bottom stands broke down. within 7 months of usage the gas stoves started functioning issues. After so many complaints also there is no response. Once a technician visited but immediately after 2 hours of fixing the issues, the problem started again. Worst every customer service by Elica. Think 100 times before buying Elica products. Chinese gas stoves available under 1000 Rs. are with better quality then Elica products. Most of the 5 star reviews posted are because of 1 free service provided by Elica to their customers for posting 5 star reviews. So be careful and don't get trapped. Please refer the SMS they are sending to their customers for posting 5 star reviews in the attached photos. This is a fraud company.

I m using from last five years 5burner Elica Hob once he came for Pipe Gas conversion and after installation no issue but my old 3 burner German made glass burst after 8years I think we should know this glass what ever company anytime or any year glass May break or not and it’s our choice to buy glass top so don’t blame anyone and warranty means they had to replace and yes that company person on phone saying he didn’t got voice and then he talks to his technician very well means he don’t know English so why to talk in English like foreign people they will not impress they will do as their company policy and if u had told them to donate do you got any donation receipt please don’t mind what I had written

Why people start harassing poor service people? Amazon is full of review that glasstops are bad. Why don't you get angry with your elected representative whom you pay hefty income and gst taxes every month? Glasstop should be banned.
