Madam does the "black grill" shake? I purchased a 3 burner and all the grills shake. Utensils kept on top of the burner/grill shake while cooking.

What was the reason for the glass burst? amazone reviews are full of such incidents and poor service from best brands not replacing them. another issue why we need the hob type of stove fixed into table top, a normal 4 burner stove can serve the purpose, is it just looks or is there some benefit.
Did elica company replaced new hob without costing any money or you had to pay for the new one ?

They will have sub sub standard gaskets they say life time warrenty all fake if you fix an appointment you have to pay fees all bakwas marketing
These italian hobs are worst dont buy buy indian hobs 99 percent of cook tops will leave after few days ie may be after 6 months

On of our relatives also had the same problem. Glass top is not safe.
My elica gas burst 2 times within 6 months of time span. I don’t know what’s wrong with the product. Second time i was more conscious and followed every instruction given by the service man but still this happened again. Even though they replace it but what is the point if one face such situation so frequently.

Mera bhi prestige ka glass stove blast ho gaya hai. Complain kare 6 days ho gaya hai abhi tak company ka koi response nahi mila Prestige ki service sabse ghatiya hai...dont buy prestige glass stove.
