this is exactly what I needed, so thank you! I have been eating at cal deficit for a while, while on the carnivore diet but never looked at my macros til today. I realized that my fats are waaaaaay higher than what i want/need (i blame the chicken thighs) so I figured maybe swaping one of my meats of the day for a protein powder could be a good way to correct this (more protein less fat). Now i know how to choose what to buy. Thanks so much

Would the incomplete amino acid content of pea protein be negated by someone who eats a lot of bison? I eat 1lb of bison and 2 cups of rice on my training days and most off days, usually I'll just eat another meal of whatever I feel like for 40-60g of protein but sometimes I just don't have the appetite or time. I have always taken whey isolate but I think it is making me break out and I wanted to try a vegan alternative. I imagine the amino acid profile would be a non issue considering I regularly eat grass fed bison and only supplement with protein powder once or twice a week.

Do you really think we can trust what's written on the box or packing of the powder i personally feel like bcaa isn't that cheap and cheese milk protein is expensive so 1000 mein 1KG whey Protein is not possible

Look at himalaya herbal whey protein : Gaurav. I think people need to know more when purchasing whey. So I have some additions. 1. Opt for whey isolate . 2. Make sure the whey is rbgh hormone free and 100%grass fed. Ideally and for people with digestion issues: 3. It is better if the whey is sourced from traditional A2-Protien producing cattles. For indian brands whey sourced from (Gir cows, tharparkar etc) For international brands whey sourced from (Guernsey, Jersey cows). It might be difficult to find all these in one brand but, if you can then you have your answer for a good whey protein. Still stick to the first two points when purchasing whey and always check the bioavailability of protien.
