My friends mom is a dr. And gave me a tub a glutamine when she heard I was bodybuilding. She told me that they put glutamine in the IV drips for burn victims in the ER... that’s enough of a reason for me to take it. Arnold himself has also detailed one of the first things any serious lifter should do is supplement glutamine. Never! Understood why ??! I used it for 1 months and I definitely saw some results look lots bigger And I haven't gain much weight on the scale!! Same thing for EAA was very effective but no body talk about it!

I’m curious, because when I’m fasting and working out, I supplement L-Glutamine, but I don’t know if Glutamine alone can disturb my fasting process, if its safe and will not breach my fasting, there are no added stuff, just the Glutamine, because otherwise you can’t really work out during fasting as you would like, Glutamine makes really a difference.

Sir I have been talking glutamine from last 2 months almost and that too 30gm per day I m 108kg & yes I m a vegetarian soo it is important for me. (The box suggest 1scoop per day which is 5gm) I can tell the side effects on my body :- 1. Blood rush When i suddenly stand to try to do something fast the brain gets type of NUM 2.
