I use both of these everyday. One thing that's misleading though is the ISO has more protein in it because it has a 36 gram scoop compared to a 32 gram scoop of the gold

the fact that you are mixing any of this with water is heresy.
I use ISO to break my fast. I do cardio in a fasted state, and 1 hour prior to weights I drink my overnight oats. I do 2 scoops of ISO with a 1/2 of cup of rolled oats (old fashioned), 1 Tbsp of Chia seeds, 8oz of water and 8oz of coffee. IT'S SO GOOD!
ISO 100 hands down !! it is best I ever tried. I am lactose sensitive and literally stopped taking protein drink as it was causing bloating. With ISO 100 I don't get bloated.
ON is a poor tasting powder in my opinion.
I use both myself. ISO does taste a lot better. I do the ISO after my workout and the Gold for my mid day shake.
My peanut butter iso 100 is extremely frothy! Is this normal? I checked and the importer is really an importer and his Authenticator said the powder authentic. My Orange Dreamsicle one that I imported from Bodybuilding was never this frothy.

Fruity pebbles protein powder + almond milk + kashi go rise 12g protein cereal is bomb as fuck. You want to use more powder than usual though to keep it sweet. Blend the almond milk and protein in a blender first.

Coco pebbles tastes like any other chocolate protein but the fruity pebbles is so good. Tastes just like it. I put it in my oat meal.
Don’t get me wrong it’s great... for like the first two days then it gets old really quick. I stick with the fudge brownie it never gets old.
