What if you’re lactose intolerant? I know whey isolate and hydrolyzed removes most of the lactose but I’m not sure. I don’t want to have stomach issues and not get the full benefit haha.

I opened a box of Gourmet Chocolate and found it bitter... it may be because of the heat wave ...it’s a milk product after all ... I can bear the taste... as long as I’m getting the protein I just wonder if whey gets rancid or spoilt with 45. Degree heat... I dont wish to do myself any harm The date of manufacture is Jan 2019
