I got iso 100 for free from a friend i been taking it daily know for 1 month. I have no clue about diets or working out! All i can say is it makes u more aggressive and i guess i felt different nothing changed on my body! I work very hard doing tree work lifting heavy trees all day! I have seen nothing change! Basicly its just a chocolate shake powder dosent really do anything to you!
