This is exactly what I was after. I was looking for an alternative to BSc's product BCAAHMb which is also in tablet form. I believe that taking BCAA's in slow release tablet/caplet form prior to commencing your workout means that BCAA's are readily available in your system and thus the body doesn't need to wait until receiving its post workout BCAA serve in powder/crystaline form. Just did my research and found that Dymatize contains the same amount of aminos as the BSc brand. And for around the same price you get well over 3 times the number of tablets! 120 vs 400 to be exact.  :) The only difference is that Dymatize doesn't contain HMb which I'm not sure even works (that's not saying that it doesnt work). Anyway, going to give this a try. :) Edit: And just a quick tip for anyone reading this, BCAA's alone won't stop DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) so you will experience some soreness. Only a couple of years ago I discovered that by taking Glutamine along with BCAA's that soreness is eliminated completely. All the years I'd been working out and taking BCAA's only and thinking that that was as good as it gets. lol I could have saved myself some discomfort if I had known about Glutamine. My fault really. Pays to do thorough research for yourself and not just go with what people tell you.
