everyone whith a minimum of tecnic will beat you
Loading up too much on ur punches, wayy too much telegraphing. Got a lazy jab and cross such that ur straight punches dont extend and come back int a straight line often sliding down the bag and falling before returning to your guard. The sliding possibly contributed to the friction that caused the abrasions. Furthermore, its never recommended to do bagwork at 100% while bare fisted. Going 60 to 70% is safer when bare fisted.

When I got back into boxing a few years ago, Decathlon was my first stop - I picked up a load of gear for great prices. Obviously as you get more into it, you realise where you need to spend, but for a casual trainer or a fitness boxer, it is fantastic value. I still use those glove airers regularly, and the hand wraps I got.
Although cheap have you ever done a review on blitz omega boxing gloves seem a cheaper option like in this range but would like your opinion as they seem a popular in a lot of boxfit sessions etc cheers
I think you nailed the general sentiment of most folk who have never been to Decathlon! When I first shopped there I thought it was cheap gear with quality mimicking "you get what you pay for", but as it turns out it would be better to think of Decathlon as the "IKEA" of sports. They aren't going to replace your Winning/Reyes but honestly their stuff is really good when you want to start a sport and don't want to drop a bomb. I've been using their boxing boots for ~6-8 months and they haven't fallen apart, so they get full marks from me :D

I've had weight lifting stuff from decathlon and it was decent for the price. It's a good shop for low priced gear for most sports to be fair. Keeps sport inclusive for people who don't have a big budget which is really good
