I had one of those pieces of shit. I still have it. It's missing a couple tuning pegs so I turned into a bass. Im using it for a Willie Nelson video.
Buy this guitar and put nylon strings on it
I can get semi acoustic guitar in just 40 $ in my country
But I don't even have 40 $ xD
bro i have the same guitar its branded as "Marshaul" i bought it for 999 pesos or $20 also comes with steel strings
This guy looks like Cal's Jedi Master from Fallen Order
Before tuning: I had strings on me
After tuning: But now I'm free
I bought this exact guitar to try out Nashville tuning (E-A-D-G one octave higher). The lower tension of that tuning makes it a little more playable
These are the el cheapo guitars sold at the swapmeet LOL
Thanks for sharing this awesome video, I buy the same product from newigstylecom two months ago
Gitar Kapok
What is the song u played in this vid bro, I wanna learn it
I died laughing watching this video and reading comments. This 19:23 I watched it on loop.
first act
So I’ve been wanting a guitar for a long time and my grandpa had this in his shop and I was tuning it and a string broke so I decided to buy nylon bc of the comments in this video
im going to be honest i have one of these and it was really bad at first but then i realized that the body was a clasic guitar. i ordered nylon strings and added them on and i have to say it made the guitar sound better in my opinion and the bridge wasnt making any cracking noise at all so i think if you wanna learn guitar you should get this and replace the strings and enjoy it.
"And yes, I always carry a knife on me, I'm Texan come on"
I get that-
I got one of these guitars as a present for Christmas and when I was tightening and I herd pops coming from the bridge so I said just give the strings a stretch and it sounds good I put nylon strings on it and I put a shirt in it to much eco to me
The fuckin photoshopped applebees pic killed me lololololololol
I just ordered this one I'm kinda scared
Which one is your favorite? Also, feel free to drop any recommendations in the comments!
Can someone please tell me what he played for the tone tests at 7:08.
I looked at the orange wood. Got a fender cp 60 instead.
Is it actually a song what he plays at 12:50 or is just impro? Sounds really cool to start learning as a beginner ^^
The Fender cd60 was considered top notch / high end acoustic guitar in my country. Even the price on this thing is overhype or sky rocket by locals market. When you sad it cheap & bad, it kinda sad me little bit but it's also true. As a someone working at music store quite a while, I noticed all of this. To some people it's just a stereotype or a norm. That's the downside of living here. It's too cheap, the woods. My point is everything is made in China. Not to indict the Chinese but that is what it is. Even Squire crafted in China. (I don't know if it's legit) If you interested, take yourself a look at a brand such as Caesar, Enya acoustic guitar
I got the Orangewood. I've noticed when I slide my fingers from one chard shape to another it's really loud. Downright grading. Everyone in the room just shutters like fingers on a chalkboard.
Now since this problem isn't mentioned in the above video I wonder if I'm doing something wrong, (BTW it's a problem I've never had on my electrics) cheap stock strings or, I've also been told this is just a new guitar thing. Any advice would be more than welcome. Thank you.
I knew you were Dutch ! Toch wel goed accentje hoor !
What is the song you play around the 7:10 mark please? For the tone test.
Looking back on it my parents, although I had the enthusiasm, never wanted me to learn to play the guitar. In 1970, at age 10, my first guitar was a K, not a Kay. It was so cheap the strings were a half inch off the frets and every time I strummed it, the strings would break the included picks. I played it, not knowing any better, literally until my fingers bled both hands. Yes, just like the song but with more emphasis. At 13, my mother, not knowing any better, but still meaning well, bought me another cheap guitar called a Citation. It wasn't much better but cost $120.00 from a clothing store called Strouss'. Yes, they ripped the lovely lady off. I still had no idea that setting up a guitar for play was a possibility and even though I played that guitar with several wanna-be guitarists whose parents bought them Gibsons and Martins along with guitar lessons, they knew better, that a guitar could be set up, but still never told me that throughout my twenties. I wound up with callouses as thick as a quarter. I could almost literally look at a guitar and play an F chord. The guitar has always been an escape, not so much a passion and in that end as I progressed I've tortured many a Gibson's fretboards brass frets since.
Need to find the Paul Davids of Guitar lutherie, take off the tops & show the bracing. or get an optic fiber camera & video.
"“Ann got the good guitar,” Nancy says, with a chuckle. “I got a really bad guitar. Our parents rented one just to make sure we were serious and going to stick with it. I think it was $30 and we were making payments for a few weeks. It was sort of unplayable – the neck was like a pipe. You could never barre a chord, especially an F. I got strong because I wanted to know how to play.”" ~ Nancy Wilson
I had a cheap Hohner acoustic when I started out as a teenager. I modified the nut and the bridge till the action was nice and low. It didn't sound great but was good enough and super playable. I wish I'd kept it because I got a Yamaha F310 and didn't like it at all. The strings were too close together.
While I agree, comparing a Martin D-42 to any of these is completely unfair (I have a D-41 Martin) I think ANY of these guitars are great for beginners, to experts. I think all of them sound pretty good for what you’re paying. I bought a used Fender CD60 black for $50.00 at Guitar Center. It’s perfect for taking camping, and outside fireside playing. I’m not taking a $3,000 Martin camping! I’m probably going to get the Oragewood, and/or the Harley Benton next.
was hoping to see the Jasmine by Takamine, I think it's one of the best, under $200 acoustics I've played
What's the song starting in 11:25 ?
Hey there little friend!
My problem right now is that I can’t play becuz I keep dampen strings
7:30 what song is this?
I got the Yamaha few months ago. My first acoustic. Love it. C chord was easy, Struggling with F chord.
The judicious instrument ultrasonographically meddle because energy systematically want except a abstracted star. bewildered, rude c-clamp
I bought this in 2021 , hope this is worth it for my hard earned money
I have this guitar for beginners dont buy dont waste your money for beginner bad
I found one on Facebook for $80 and I use it for hang out with friends and to take to the beach, and I keep my Guild safe at home best deal not disappointed at all
How come you guys never play anything that we can identify to like Peter Frampton Baby I Love Your Way or the Stones Angie something that we can put the sound next to see how it sounds compared to the song
i had this guitar for 9 months and I really liked it but changing the strings made that guitar on the next level. I would recommend to change strings they can bring more value to the guitar.
Have one and very pleased with tho the neck on the first one was a dud and replaced on warranty .
What’s is the diference betwin yamaha f325 and yamaha f310?
Is this better than the f310?
guess I made a good purchase :). I'm shocked at how well it stays in tune.
when I first got started I bought a Yamaha from a pawnshop for 50 bucks. I play a Martin D35 now and the most comparable sound to it was that Yamaha.
I got a year ago and it has held up awesome
Ya i actually just bought this guitar myself its actually really nice sounding im happy with it
Great review. I'm going to buy it for my daughter.
I got the guitar but I can’t hear like you
I've had mine for 6 years now and the headstock broke. I'm looking for a new one and was just stumbling upon the specs. I'm definitely not a beginner or new to guitar, I literally bought this guitar because it was inexpensive and like you said a second guitar to take around and sort of beat up.
I have this guitar and man is the sound just gorgeousssss and rings so beautifully when you play it. Great quality for the price
I have an FG-401 that I bought 24 years ago, which is almost identical to the F325D. Just took it out of the case for the first time in years and it still sounds great. When I compare it to other guitars that are much higher in cost, the differences are there, but these guitars still sound good. Overall they are very good guitars and for the price, a steal. I actually don't like the term "beginner guitar" because just as you saw in the demo, its all about the guitarist, not the guitar. You could give any professional guitarist this guitar and you would think it was high priced. A great player covers up the imperfections in an instrument. Give an inexperienced player a Martin D-45 and it will soundyou guessed it. So yeah, long way of saying this Yamaha is a great guitar for any one, pro, beginner and everyone in between, and it will last you a lifetime. All it needs is a good set up and a nice set of strings to get you going.
This is my first and only guitar for the last 15 years until tomorrow when my new Martin OM28 comes in! It’s absolutely a great guitar !
What’s the Tune? Sounds nice
Leo Kottke, nice!
