Good day.(Bit about me; I'm currently studying a BSc Mechanical Engineering degree through EIT (First year full time student). My interest in automation was spark during my trade apprenticeship in Tool, Jig and Die making seeing the shift to automated systems in manufacturing. When I enrolled into the more academic side of engineering, I thought I should first establish core knowledge so I chose Mechanical Engineering)My question is; Should I complete an advanced diploma in industrial automation through EIT after my BSc to compliment it before pursuing the Masters Degree in Industrial automation, or should I focus more on job orientated activities in automation once I graduate and then persure the Master's Degree?
