Is there any way I can upgrade my processor to an i5 or maybe even i7? The laptop can hardly function without lag and I'm looking to speed it up a little. I ready online that the "U" denomination of processors means "ultra-low power" so it was no wonder my computer is slow when I read through the specs in the About section in the settings.

On the first day, i had problems getting the pointer on the screen. my IT guy had to force restart twice before it appeared. the next day which is today, i had to force restart to get the pointer on the screen. each time the pointer gets missing there is this small arc-like image at the lower right corner of the screen. is this a warranty issue?
