I have this laptop, bad battery life and very heavy.

Bro I am frustrated with this model this model required original battery of DELL. But I am unable to find the original one. When I replaced the battery with the local battery then error shows that original battery required.

got the the same laptop last year, and still works! Tibay talaga ang Dell. 3 beses ko ng nabuhusan keyboard ng 3476 pero balewala lang sa kanya. Dropped it twice too. Reliable talaga kaso mejo loose ang speaker sa left, kaya kailangan ko pang kalikutin pero ok naman na. The best ang customer support kasi talagang may sumasagot, yun nga lang nasa singapore ang call center kaya kailangan mong makipag usap ng english hehehehe.
