I can't find my exact model anywhere. I have no disc drive, I have 16 GB of ram and quadcore i5. Does anyone else have this model? Everything is 4 - 8 gigs of ram and i3 - 7th gen i5. I should say I got it open box at BestBuy, so maybe it was added on by the previous owner.
I love everything about the laptop especially the SSD and touchscreen features. I purchased it mainly for general usage and also have easy accessibility to Microsoft applications. I just wish that the laptop had a feature that makes the keypad turn bright when the laptop is being used at night.

I just upgraded from an HP ProBook 6470b 2012 model to this and I am floored by the performance increase. My specs are actually a bit better actually since it has a 7th gen i5 processor but it's essentially the same one here (my model number is 3467 but it's practically identical). Pros -Excellent performance at a great price. It's quite impressive honestly I was blown away considering what I was upgrading from. -Capable of light to medium gaming. Excellent integrated GPU -Quiet and runs cool under stress -Nice screen size - HDMI and 3x USB (2 are 3.0). Cons -Low picture resolution and matte screen are disappointing -Cheapy plastic casing (but fortunately minimal flex when using keyboard) -Worst touchpad in the world, I really hate it. I set the sensitivity to high but sometimes I can't even get the pointer to travel across the screen because of traction slipping. I'm hoping a touchpad sticker with some traction bump textures will help but I'll be using a USB mouse for the meantime -Audio is low but headphones and wireless speakers make this a non issue - Keyboard is not spill proof and laptop feels like it'll shatter into a billion pieces on impact if dropped Final verdict: I'll be happy with this laptop for another 3 years without the need to upgrade again. It's a great at doing what PCs were designed to do but the experience is subpar. I'd recommend it however but it's not for everyone

Ive only had this laptop for about a year now and i have been quit disappointed with itOut of all of the computers that ive had in my life time. Ive never had one for a year and barley use it for that reason and its already super slow. Its very heavy. Falls asleep for no reason. Battery drains so fast. I mean i swear it seems like even when its charge to full battery and i go to use it whenever, its lost all of the battery. The battery icon keeps disappearing which i finally found a solution today because i decided to DEAL with it. It logged me out of my account which i have no idea how. I do updates and it says some were completed and successful while others werent . It tells me that things are installing in the background when i clearly have not done anything. I call dell and they act like they cant fix the problem. My dad has purchased a lot of my laptops growing up but this one i paid him back for and he has said that some of the ones ive had in the past as far as software and all that goes was crappy. But ill tell you id rather go back to those. And hes great with computers. Thats how disappointed i am with this device. I only really like it for battery replacement and cd drive which you cant even play dvds on without downloading an app :( I have downloaded apps and stuff on it but thats it. Can anyone tell me what could be wrong

I just watched this again, because my local Micro Center has this exact model new, and it come with a 1tb hard drive-but it's a mechanical hard drive, and it's only a 5,400 rpm one. it does come with 8gb of RAM, though.
